Beef Stirfry with Asparagus, Bell Peppers & Mushrooms

This dish is simple, fast and easy. Instead of putting everything in a frying pan and dumping sauce on top of everything in the pan and cooking it that way, I let the beef marinate in a sauce first, while I prepare the vegetables. Sometimes I do it this way instead of dropping sauce into the pan with everything in there because sometimes I don’t like my stirfry to be to saucy.
