Your house will smell SOOO YUMMYLICIOUS! This is the only way I make Pho at home. Cooking the broth low and slow in a crockpot helps bring out the flavors from the oxtail and beef bones, you can also add whole brisket (let it cool and slice them really thin and add it to your noodles) as well.
