I had some vegetable dumplings in the freezer and some green beans in the fridge and this is what I came up with. It is very simple, fast and easy to make. You can make this dish with any dumplings and vegetables you like or that you already have on hand. You can serve this dish rice or noodles. We had it with ramen noodles that I quickly boiled, drained & seasoned lightly with a little mushroom soy sauce. Makes for a fast lunch/dinner meal.
