This dish is a side dish you will find in all of the Korean BBQ Restaurants. I love how this dish is just as simple and easy to make as the Korean Spicy Cucumber Side Dish and is just as delicious! I make this all the time when I make Korean BBQ at home or if I want to eat something simple with just a bowl of rice. I hope you like it!

Bean Sprouts 1 bag (comes in a bag @ asian supermarket)
Chopped Green Onions 2 stalks
Chopped Garlic 3-5 cloves
Sesame Oil 1/2 teaspoon
Sesame Seeds 1/2 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Lets Get Started:
Sprinkle Bean Sprouts with salt and boil in water for 2-3 minutes.
Rinse the Bean Sprouts under cold water to get rid of the salt.
Squeeze the Bean Sprouts to release most of the liquid as possible.
Add all the seasonings to the Bean Sprouts and mix well.
The Bean Sprouts will still have its natural liquid and will dilute the seasoning a little bit. You can do a taste test to see if you need to add more salt.
