Spicy Garlic Cilantro Marinade

I have made this very delicious and flavorful Deep Fried Crispy Marinated Pork Riblets (Thai Style aka Kraduke Mhoo Tod) with this marinade and it is really fast to make and everyone loves it ❤ I have also stir fried the marinated eat in a pan and enjoyed it with jasmine rice.

Cilantro   a handful (more or less depending on your taste)

Garlic   4-6 cloves ( the more the yummier 🙂 )

Jalapeños (or any chile peppers you like)   1 or more (your spice preference)

Sesame Oil   1/2 teaspoon

Rice Vinegar   1/4 teaspoon

Rice Wine   1/4 teaspoon

Mushroom Soy Sauce   2 tablespoons

Thin Soy Sauce   1 teaspoon

Coconut Sugar   1 1/2 tablespoons (if using regular sugar you will probably add less)

Canola Oil (or you can use coconut oil or extra virgin olive oil)   1 teaspoon


Lets Get Started:

Blend everything together in a ninja or a blender until smooth. You can do a taste test and add more seasonings to your liking.

And now you can marinate any meat you like, freeze them up and always have them on hand when you want to cook it 🙂
