Great sauce for fresh spring rolls, for Banh Xeo (Savory Vietnamese Fried Crepes), vietnamese rice noodle salad with vermicelli rice noodles with lettuce and asian herbs with grilled chicken, pork, beef or seafood that you can find at a lot of vietnamese restaurants and many other vietnamese dishes. Some people use honey as the sweetener or white sugar as the sweetener but here I used coconut sugar which gave it a darker caramel color to the sauce.

Coconut Sugar 7 tablespoons (or Regular Sugar 4 tablespoons)
Garlic 5 cloves chopped
Fresh Chili Peppers 5+ depending on spicy preference
Fish Sauce 1/2 cup
Fresh Lime Juice 2/3 cups
Water 1 cup
Lets Get Started:
Combine everything in a bowl and mix it well.
Do a taste test to see if you need to add any more sugar or fish sauce. Everyone has different taste so season to your liking.
