Phad Pak Boong (Stir Fry Asian Water Spinach)

This is a great vegetarian dish you can easily whip up at home in no time flat. Its well known in Asia.  Most asian grocery stores will have them as Ong Choy (in chinese) or Rau Muang (in Vietnamese).
